1/4 Diced Cup(32.0 gm) Red Capsicum
1 Diced Cup(153.0 gm) Cucumber
  • Add 1 cup diced cucumber, 1/8th cup diced onion, 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1/4th cup diced tomato, 1/4th cup diced red capsicum, 1/2 tsp lemon juice, 2 tsp red chilli sauce, 1 no. dried red chilli, 1 tsp olive oil, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder, and water in a blender.

  • Blenderize till smooth.
