- Step 1 In a blender add 1 cup diced cucumber, 1/8 cup diced onion, 1/4 cup diced tomato, 1/4 cup diced red capsicum, 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1/2 tsp lemon juice, 2 tsp red chilli sauce, 1 dried red chilli, 1 tsp olive oil, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder and salt for taste
- Step 2 Blend until smooth
- Step 3 Add water to adjust the consistency
- Step 4 Transfer it to a bowl
- Step 5 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding mixed seeds
- Step 6 Serve chilled.
