- Step 1 In a pan heat 1/2 tbsp oil, add 1/2 tsp grated garlic, 1/8 cup julienne onion, 1/2 tsp chopped green chili, 1/4 cup mashed tofu and saute it well.
- Step 2 Add 1/4 tbsp soya sauce, 1/4 tbsp oyster sauce, 1/4 tsp fish sauce, 1/4 tsp sugar, 1/4 tsp brown sugar, water as required, 1/4 cup chopped basil leaves, mix and cook it well.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding peanuts.
- Step 4 Serve hot.
