Steps
- Step 1 In a pan heat 1/2 tbsp oil,1/2 tsp grated garlic,1/8th cup julienne onion,1/2 tsp chopped green chili,1/4th cup minced mutton and saute it well
- Step 2 Add into the 1/4th tbsp soya sauce,1/4th tbsp oyster sauce,1/2 tsp fish sauce,1/4th tsp sugar,1/4th tsp brown sugar, water as required,1/4th cup chopped basil leaves, mix and cook it well
- Step 3 Serve hot
