1/4 Minced Cup(63.0 gm) Mutton

1/2 Tbsp(4.0 ml) Oil

1/2 Grated Tsp(2.0 gm) Garlic

1/2 Chopped Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli

30 Ml(30.0 ml) Water

1/4 Tbsp(4.0 gm) Soya Sauce

1/4 Tbsp(4.0 gm) Oyster Sauce

1/2 Tsp(3.0 ml) Vietnamese Style Fish Sauce

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Sugar

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Brown Sugar

1/4 Chopped Cup(13.0 gm) Basil Leaves

1/8 Julienne Cup(14.0 gm) Onion
In a pan heat 1/2 tbsp oil,1/2 tsp grated garlic,1/8th cup julienne onion,1/2 tsp chopped green chili,1/4th cup minced mutton and saute it well.
Add into the 1/4th tbsp soya sauce,1/4th tbsp oyster sauce,1/2 tsp fish sauce,1/4th tsp sugar,1/4th tsp brown sugar, water as required,1/4th cup chopped basil leaves, mix and cook it well.
Serve hot.
