- Step 1 In a pan heat 1/2 tbsp oil, add 1/2 tsp grated garlic,1/8 cup julienne onion,1/2 tsp chopped green chili,1/4 cup diced mushroom and saute it well.
- Step 2 Add 1/4 tbsp soya sauce,1/4 tbsp oyster sauce,1/2 tsp fish sauce,1/4 tsp sugar,1/4 tsp brown sugar, water as required, 1/4 cup chopped basil leaves, mix and cook it well.
- Step 3 Give a nestle Twist by adding spinach.
- Step 4 Serve hot.
