Steps
- Step 1
In a mixing bowl add grated potato,2 tbsp refined flour,2 tbsp grated cheese,1/2 number egg,1/8th cup chopped onion,1/2 tsp grated garlic,1/2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves,1/4th tsp red chilly powder,1/8th tsp black pepper powder,1/4th tsp salt and combine all together.
- Step 2
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan add spoonful potato batter and give a shape in a square.
- Step 3
Shallow fry till golden brown in color and serve.
