- Step 1 In a mixing bowl add grated potato, 1 tbsp grated cheese, 1/2 number egg, 1/8th cup chopped onion, 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/2 tsp grated garlic, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp salt and mix everything
- Step 2 Add 2 tbsp oat flour to the mixture and mix until everything is evenly coated.
- Step 3 Give it a Nestle twist by adding mixed seeds
- Step 4 Scoop a portion of the potato mixture and shape it into a small patty.
- Step 5 Heat a nonstick pan with oil, place the patty on the pan and gently press it to flatten.
- Step 6 Cook each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Step 7 Flip carefully to cook the other side.
- Step 8 Once cooked, remove the hash browns from the pan
- Step 9 Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or enjoy as is.
