- Step 1
To make the batter, take a mixing bowl and break an egg in it.
- Step 2
Add 2 tsp sugar, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th red chilli powder and whisk it properly with hand.
- Step 3
Pour 1 tbsp coconut milk and whisk again.
- Step 4
Pour in a flat bowl and keep aside.
- Step 5
Melt 2 tsp butter on a frying pan at a low flame.
- Step 6
Dip 2 slices of white bread in batter and put it on the frying pan.
- Step 7
Allow it to cook on one side, flip and then cook on the other side as well.
- Step 8
Once both sides are browned, take off the pan and transfer to a another plate
- Step 9
Put Lettuce, 2 slices capsicum, 1 slice onion and add 2 tbsp grated cheese and cover it with another slice and again put it on pan and press gentle until cheese melts.
- Step 10
Serve fresh and hot with sauce or maple syrup.
