- Step 1 In a bowl break an egg, add 2 tsp sugar, 1/4 red chilli powder, salt for taste and whisk until smooth
- Step 2 Add 1 tbsp coconut milk, whisk the batter again and set aside
- Step 3 Heat a pan with 2 tsp butter on a low flame.
- Step 4 Dip 2 brown wheat bread slices in batter and place it on the pan.
- Step 5 Cook on both sides until golden brown
- Step 6 Place the slice on a plate, add lettuce, 2 capsicum slice and 1 onion slice
- Step 7 Give a Nestle Twist by adding flax seeds
- Step 8 Cover with another bread slice, cut into half and serve fresh and hot with sauce or any dip
