30 Ml(30.0 ml) Water
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/4 Tsp(0.48 gm) Chaat Masala
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly
1/4 Tsp(0.58 gm) Ajwain
1/4 Tsp(0.59 gm) Jeera
1 Tsp(3.0 gm) Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Tbsp(15.0 gm) Bread Crumbs
1 Chopped Tbsp(8.0 gm) Onion
1/4 Boiled Diced Cup(20.0 gm) Potato
1/4 Cup(9.0 gm) Poha
Prepreparation
Boil 1/8th cup diced potatoes, and soak 1/8th cup poha. Keep them aside.
Preparation
In a mixing bowl, boiled potatoes, soaked poha, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4th tsp jeera, 1/4th tsp chilly powder, 1/4 tsp chaat masala, 1/4 tsp ajwain, 1/4 tsp salt, 2 tbsp grated cheese.
Mash and mix it well.
Shape the mixture into balls.
Coat with 2 tbsp bread crumbs.
Deep Fry till golden.
Serve with tomato ketchup and mint chutney.
