This pasta is packed with flavors from the tomato basil sauce, garlic and basil, making it refreshing.
First, cook the spaghetti in a large saucepan of water with salt to taste and a tsp olive oil.
Drain and keep aside.
Then, heat 2 tsp olive oil in a pan.
Add 1/4th cup chopped onion,1 tsp chopped garlic and saute well
Add tomato puree and mix well.
Add water and let it simmer.
Season with 1/4th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp black pepper powder, and 1/8th tsp oregano.
Add 2 tsp tomato ketchup and mix well.
Now add the cooked spaghetti and garnish with1 tsp chopped basil leaves.
Mix well and serve hot.
