Sphagetti In Tomato Sauce Recipe

1/4 Cup(28.0 gm) Onion (Chopped)

1 Tsp(1.0 gm) Basil Leaves (Chopped)

1 Tsp(2.0 gm) Garlic (Chopped)

1/8 Tsp(0.37 gm) Black Pepper (Powder)

1/8 Tsp(0.14 gm) Oregano

2 Tsp(10.0 gm) Tomato Ketchup

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt

2 Tsp(5.0 ml) Olive Oil

  • First, cook the spaghetti in a large saucepan of water with salt to taste and a tsp olive oil.

  • Drain and keep aside.

  • Then, heat 2 tsp olive oil in a pan.

  • Add 1/4th cup chopped onion,1 tsp chopped garlic and saute well

  • Add tomato puree and mix well.

  • Add water and let it simmer.

  • Season with 1/4th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp black pepper powder, and 1/8th tsp oregano.

  • Add 2 tsp tomato ketchup and mix well.

  • Now add the cooked spaghetti and garnish with1 tsp chopped basil leaves.

  • Mix well and serve hot.
