Chicken Spaghetti Recipe

  • Pre Preparation

    Boil 1/2 cup spaghetti.

  • For chicken

    Heat 1 tsp butter in a pan and add 50 gms chicken.

  • Stir fry and add 3 broccoli florets, 1 tbsp chopped yellow capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped red capsicum.

  • Stir fry and keep aside.

  • For spaghetti

    Heat 1 tbsp butter, add 1 tbsp maida and mix.

  • Add 1/2 cup milk and mix well to avoid lumps.

  • Then add 1 tbsp grated cheese, 1/2 tsp garlic paste and mix well.

  • Add 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp mixed herbs, 1/4th tsp salt and mix well.

  • Once mixed, add stir fried vegetables and chicken and mix well.

  • Add little water, boiled spaghetti and stir well.

  • Serve hot white sauce chicken spaghetti as it is or with bread.
