- Step 1
Prepreparation
Soak 1/2 cup soya granules until soft.
- Step 2
For Batter
In a mixing bowl, add 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 2 tbsp besan, 1/4 cup soaked soya granules, and a little warm water to get the right consistency.
- Step 3
Season it with 1/8 tsp green chilli paste, 1/8 tsp grated ginger, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 4
Add 1/2 tsp of fruit salt, mix, and keep aside.
- Step 5
For Dhokla
Grease a plate, and add the prepared dhokla batter.
- Step 6
Allow to steam for 57 minutes.
- Step 7
For Tadka
In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil.
- Step 8
Add 1/8 tsp rai, 1/8 tsp jeera, 1/8 tsp hing, 4 kadi patta leaves.
- Step 9
Pour the tadka on Dhokla and serve hot with any chutney of your choice.
