Protein rich curry, has a perfect blend of all the Indian earthy spices.This dish is light yet is a very fulfilling dish.
Wash, soak and cook 2 tbsp soyabean. Keep aside.
For the curry,
In a kadhai, heat 1 tsp oil.
To that, add 2 tbsp chopped onion and saute well.
When the onions turn translucent, add 2 tbsp tomato, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp red chilly powder, 1/4th tsp jeera powder, 1/4th tsp dhania powder, 1/4th tsp garam masala and mix well.
Add a little water and allow to simmer.
Then add cooked soyabean, 1/4th tsp salt and mix well.
Finally add 1/4th tsp chopped coriander leaves.
Serve hot with rice.
