- Step 1 Heat a pan with 1 tsp oil, add 2 tbsp chopped onion and saute until soft
- Step 2 Add 2 tbsp chopped tomato and season with 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp jeera powder, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala and mix well.
- Step 3 Add a little water and allow to simmer.
- Step 4 Add cooked soyabean, 1/4 tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 5 Garnish with 1/4 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 6 Give it a Nutritional Twist by adding flax seeds
- Step 7 Serve hot with rice and salad
