Soybean Curry Recipe

Protein rich curry, has a perfect blend of all the Indian earthy spices.This dish is light yet is a very fulfilling dish.

1/4 Tsp(0.23 gm) Coriander Leaves (Chopped)

1/4 Tsp(0.41 gm) Dhania Powder

1/4 Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly (Powder)

1/4 Tsp(0.37 gm) Garam Masala

1/4 Tsp(0.44 gm) Jeera Powder

1/4 Tsp(0.6 gm) Haldi

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt

1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil

As Required(50.0 ml) Water
  • Prepreparation,

  • Wash, soak and cook 2 tbsp soyabean. Keep aside.

  • For the curry,

  • In a kadhai, heat 1 tsp oil.

  • To that, add 2 tbsp chopped onion and saute well.

  • When the onions turn translucent, add 2 tbsp tomato, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp red chilly powder, 1/4th tsp jeera powder, 1/4th tsp dhania powder, 1/4th tsp garam masala and mix well.

  • Add a little water and allow to simmer.

  • Then add cooked soyabean, 1/4th tsp salt and mix well.

  • Finally add 1/4th tsp chopped coriander leaves.

  • Serve hot with rice.
