Protein rich curry, has a perfect blend of all the Indian spices.This dish is light and very fulfilling dish.
For the curry
In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil.
To that, add 2 tbsp chopped onion and saute well.
When the onions turn translucent, add 2 tbsp tomato, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp red chilly powder, 1/4 tsp jeera powder, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala and mix well.
Add a little water and allow to simmer.
Then add cooked soyabean, 1/4 tsp salt and mix well.
Finally add 1/4 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
Serve hot with rice.
