- Step 1
Heat kadhai on low flame, add 2 tsp oil, 1/4th tsp diced red capsicum, 2 tbsp boil peas, 2 tsp boiled sweet corn, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste & saute well.
- Step 2
Then add soaked soya chunks & mix well.
- Step 3
Now add 1/4th tsp red chilly powder, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp dhania powder & saute well.
- Step 4
Add water, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, kasuri methi (Nutritional Twist), saute well.
- Step 5
Let it cook for 5 minutes.
- Step 6
Serve with chapati.
