Steps
- Step 1
For Dough
In a bowl, add 2 tbsp whole wheat flour, 1 tbsp maida, water and knead into a soft dough.
- Step 2
For stuffing
Heat 1 tsp oil in a kadai, add 1 tbsp chopped garlic, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1 tbsp chopped onion,1/2 tsp green chili paste and saute until golden brown.
- Step 3
Add 1 tbsp grated carrot,1 tbsp chopped cabbage,1 tbsp chopped spring onion, cooked soya granules, 1 tbsp grated paneer, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/8 tsp salt,1/4 tsp black pepper powder and mix.
- Step 4
Give a Nestle Twist by adding flaxseeds.
- Step 5
Close the lid and cook for 5 min on low flame.
- Step 6
Roll out the dough into a round sheet, cut out small round sheets using a cookie cutter and fill the stuffing in the center. Pinch and seal the edges into a momo shape.
- Step 7
Steam the dumplings till cooked.
- Step 8
Serve hot.
