1/4 Tsp(0.5 gm) Green Elaichi
60 Gm(30.0 gm) Soya Aata
1 Tbsp(15.0 gm) Ghee
3 Powder Tbsp(21.0 gm) Jaggery
Roast 30 gms soyaflour, roast till light brown and keep aside.
Heat 1 tbsp ghee, add 2 tbsp jaggery powder and allow it to melt.
Add the roasted soyaflour, 1/8th tsp cardamom powder and mix well.
Make sure all the ingredients mixed properly.
Turn off the flame
Take a spoonful of mix, bind it into medium size ladoos.
Serve
