For Roti
- Step 1 In a bowl add 2 tbsp soyabean flour, 1 tbsp whole wheat flour, and 1/8 tsp salt, and mix well.
- Step 2 Add water as required and knead into the soft dough.
- Step 3 Roll out dough into a circular roti and place on a heated pan then roast from both sides with 1/2 tsp oil.

For Paneer Mixture
- Step 1 In a pan heat, 1/2 tsp oil then add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste and saute it well.
- Step 2 Then add 1 tbsp julienne onion,1 tbsp julienne carrot,1/2 tbsp julienne green capsicum,1/4 tsp red chilli powder,1/4 tsp garam masala,1/8 tsp haldi, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder,1/8 tsp salt and saute it well.
- Step 3 Add 3 tbsp paneer cubes and saute well. Turn off the flame and add 1/2 tsp lemon juice.
- Step 4 Give a nestle twist by adding white sesame seeds.

For Frankie
- Step 1 Take the roti, spread 2 tsp tomato ketchup & 1 tbsp julienne green cabbage, place the paneer mixture, and roll the roti with the mixture.
- Step 2 Serve hot.
