Soya Mushroom Momos are one of the best snacks ever. They are so light, fresh, and tasty. These momos are full of Proteins, fibre, and nutrition. They have very less oil added to them which makes them healthier. Serve hot and enjoy with your loved ones.

2.0 Tbsp(11.0 gm) Soya Granules
2 Tbsp(26.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
15 Ml(15.0 ml) Water
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli Paste
1 Chopped Tsp(0.92 gm) Coriander Leaves
1 Chopped Tsp(2.0 gm) Garlic
1 Chopped Tsp(2.0 gm) Spring Onion
1 Chopped Tbsp(8.0 gm) Onion
1/8 Tsp(0.29 gm) Haldi
2.0 Tsp(5.0 ml) Oil
1/2 Tsp(2.0 ml) Oil
10 Ml(40.0 ml) Water
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
  • For Soya Mushroom Mixture

    In a pan, heat 1/4 tsp oil.

  • Add 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/4 tsp green chili paste, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp haldi, water, 1 tbsp chopped spring onion, 30 gm chopped oyster mushrooms, minced soya granules, and 1 tsp chopped coriander. Saute well.

  • Cover & cook

  • For Wrap

    In a bowl add 3 tbsp wheat flour, 1/8 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp oil and mix.

  • Add water as required and knead into dough.

  • Roll out on a rolling pin, add the soya mushroom mixture & seal.

  • Heat 1.5 tsp oil for pan frying and pan fry the momos till golden brown and well cooked.

  • Serve hot with an accompaniment of your choice.
