- Step 1
For Soya Mushroom Mixture
In a pan, heat 1/4 tsp oil.
- Step 2
Add 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/4 tsp green chili paste, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp haldi, water, 1 tbsp chopped spring onion, 30 gm chopped oyster mushrooms, minced soya granules, and 1 tsp chopped coriander. Saute well.

For Wrap
In a bowl add 3 tbsp wheat flour, 1/8 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp oil and mix.

Add water as required and knead into dough.
- Step 6
Roll out on a rolling pin, add the soya mushroom mixture & seal.
- Step 7
Heat 1.5 tsp oil for pan frying and pan fry the momos till golden brown and well cooked.
- Step 8
Serve hot with an accompaniment of your choice.
