For Soya Mushroom Mixture
- Step 1 In a pan, heat 1/2 tsp oil.
- Step 2 Add 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/4 tsp green chili paste, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1 tsp chopped spring onion, 30g chopped oyster mushrooms, 2 tbsp soaked soya granules, and 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves. Saute well.
- Step 3 Cover & cook.
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding peanuts.

For Wrap
- Step 1 In a bowl add 3 tbsp wheat flour, 1/2 tsp oil and mix.
- Step 2 Add water as required and knead into dough.
- Step 3 Roll out into a small round shape, add the soya mushroom mixture & seal.
- Step 4 Steam the momos till done.
- Step 5 Now heat 1 tsp oil in a pan and fry the momos till golden brown and crisp.
- Step 6 Serve hot with an accompaniment of your choice.
