In a mixer grinder, add soaked sanwa millet and soaked soya granules, grind it into a course paste and transfer in a mixing bowl.
Add 1 tbsp chopped onion and 1 tbsp besan.
Now add all the spices, 1/4th tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/8th tsp green chilli paste, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp garam masala and 1 tsp oil.
Mix all the ingredients well and shape them in seekh kebabs using a thin rod.
Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan, place the kebabs for frying.
Shallow fry kebabs evenly till it turns golden brown.
