Soya Millet Seekh Kebab Recipe

2 Tbsp(30.0 gm) Sanwa Millet
2 Tsp(10.0 ml) Oil
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
1/4 Tsp(0.37 gm) Garam Masala
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Ginger Garlic Paste
1/8 Tsp(0.56 gm) Green Chilli Paste
1 Chopped Tbsp(8.0 gm) Onion
1 Tbsp(10.0 gm) Besan
2 Tbsp(11.0 gm) Soya Granules
  • In a mixer grinder, add soaked sanwa millet and soaked soya granules, grind it into a course paste and transfer in a mixing bowl.

  • Add 1 tbsp chopped onion and 1 tbsp besan.

  • Now add all the spices, 1/4th tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/8th tsp green chilli paste, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp garam masala and 1 tsp oil.

  • Mix all the ingredients well and shape them in seekh kebabs using a thin rod.

  • Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan, place the kebabs for frying.

  • Shallow fry kebabs evenly till it turns golden brown.

  • Serve hot.
