- Step 1 In a grinder, add soaked sanwa millet, soaked soya granules and grind to a coarse mixture
- Step 2 Transfer the mixture to a bowl
- Step 3 Add 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp besan, 1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/8 tsp green chilli paste,1/4 tsp garam masala, salt as per taste and mix all the ingredients together.
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding flaxseeds.
- Step 5 Shape the mixture in seekh kebabs using a thin rod.
- Step 6 Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan, place the kebabs and roast until crisp and golden brown.
- Step 7 Serve hot.
