In a kadhai, heat 1 tsp oil
Add 1/4th tsp rai, 1/4th tsp jeera, 2 tbsp chopped onion and aute well.
Add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/4th cup chopped tomato, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp red chilli powder, 1/4th tsp garam masala and 1/4thtsp dhania powder. Saute well
Add water as required and let it simmer.
Add 1 cup soaked soya chunks, 1 tbsp boiled peas and 1/4th tsp salt. Mix well.
Add 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
Mix well and serve hot.
