- Step 1 Heat a kadhai with 1.5 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp jeera, 2 tbsp chopped onion and saute well.
- Step 2 Add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/4 cup chopped tomato, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala and 1/4 tsp dhania powder and saute well.
- Step 3 Add little water and cook for a minute
- Step 4 Add soya chunks, 1 tbsp boiled peas and 1/4 tsp salt for taste and mix well
- Step 5 Garnish with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 6 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sunflower seeds
- Step 7 Serve hot.
