2 Tbsp(6.0 gm) Corn Flour

4 Tsp(29.0 gm) Soya Sauce

2 Tsp(12.0 ml) Vinegar

1 Tsp(2.0 gm) Garlic(Chopped)
ingredients
1 Tsp(2.0 gm) Ginger(Chopped)
ingredients
1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli(Chopped)

1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Black Pepper(Powder)
ingredients
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Salt

1 Tbsp(8.0 ml) Oil

As Required(85.0 ml) Water
  • Prepreparation,

  • Cook 1/4th cup soya chunks and keep aside.

  • For gravy,

  • Take a nonstick pan and heat 1 tbsp oil in it.

  • To that, add 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp chopped ginger, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli and saute well.

  • Add 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute till they turn translucent.

  • Then add 4 tsp soya sauce, 2 tsp vinegar, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder and mix well.

  • To this mixture add 2 tbsp corn flour mixture and mix well.

  • When the mixture begins to thicken, and water and mix again.

  • Add 1 tbsp chopped spring onion and mix again.

  • Add the cooked soya chunks and mix well.

  • Serve hot with fried rice.
