- Step 1 Take a nonstick pan and heat 1 tbsp oil in it.
- Step 2 To that, add 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp chopped ginger, 1/2 tsp chopped green chili, and saute well.
- Step 3 Add 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute till they turn translucent.
- Step 4 Then add 1 tbsp soya sauce,1 tsp vinegar, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, and mix well.
- Step 5 To this mixture add 1 tbsp corn flour mixture and mix well.
- Step 6 When the mixture begins to thicken, and water and mix again.
- Step 7 Add 1 tbsp chopped spring onion and mix again.
- Step 8 Add 1/8 cup soaked soya chunks and mix well. Let it cook.
- Step 9 Give a Nestle Twist by adding sweet corn
- Step 10 Serve hot with fried rice.
