- Step 1 Heat a pressure cooker with 1.5 tsp ghee, add 1 tsp jeera and let it crackle.
- Step 2 Add 3 tbsp rice, soya granules and mix well.
- Step 3 Season with 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp each of red chilli powder, haldi and mix well
- Step 4 Add 2 tbsp tur dal, pour in some water and mix it well
- Step 5 Close with a lid and pressure cook for 4 whistles.
- Step 6 Once cooked, garnish with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves
- Step 7 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 8 Serve warm with kadhi or raita
