Soya Kheema Dry Vegetable Recipe

Soya kheema is not only a very tasty recipe but also very nutritious. Soybeans are low in saturated fat and high in protein, vitamin C, and folate. They are also a good source of fiber, calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium.

1 Tsp(5.0 gm) Ginger Garlic Paste

1/4 Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly (Powder)

1/4 Tsp(0.6 gm) Haldi

1/4 Tsp(0.59 gm) Jeera

1/4 Tsp(0.41 gm) Dhania Powder

1/4 Tsp(0.44 gm) Jeera Powder

1/4 Tsp(0.37 gm) Garam Masala

  • Prepreparation

    Soak 1/4th cup soya granules in hot water for 20 minutes

  • Make puree of 1 cup tomato

  • In a pan, add 1 tsp oil, 1/4th tsp jeera, 1/4th cup chopped onion, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and saute it well

  • Add 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp dhania powder, 1/4th tsp jeera powder, 1/4th tsp red chilly powder, 1/4th tsp garam masala and mix it well

  • Add 1 cup tomato puree

  • Mix well

  • Let it simmer

  • Add 1/4th cup soya granules, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves

  • Mix it well and serve it hot.
