In a pan, add 2 tsp oil, 1/4th tsp jeera, 1/4th cup chopped onion, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and saute it well
Add 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp dhania powder, 1/4th tsp jeera powder, 1/4th tsp red chilly powder, 1/4th tsp garam masala and mix it well
Add 3/4 cup tomato puree
Mix well
Let it simmer
Add 1/4th cup soya granules, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves
Mix it well and serve it hot.
