Soya kadhi is a very unique Indian dish and very easy to make.It is high in protein. Its easy to digest dish and rich in protein, calcium and probiotic as well.
In a pan add 1 tsp oil, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp dhania seeds, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/2 tsp red chilly powder, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp dhania powder, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/4th tsp garam masala and saute well.
Add soaked soya chunks, 1/3 cup curd, 2 tbsp besan and water & let it simmer.
Add 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves.
