Soya Kadhi Recipe

Soya kadhi is a very unique Indian dish and very easy to make.It is high in protein. Its easy to digest dish and rich in protein, calcium and probiotic as well.

1 Tsp(2.0 gm) Dhania Seeds

1 Tsp(2.0 gm) Garlic (Chopped)

1/2 Tsp(0.94 gm) Ginger (Grated)
ingredients
1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Red Chilly (Powder)

1/4 Tsp(0.37 gm) Garam Masala
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(0.41 gm) Dhania Powder
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(0.6 gm) Haldi
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt

1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil

As Required(50.0 ml) Water
  • In a pan add 1 tsp oil, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp dhania seeds, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/2 tsp red chilly powder, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp dhania powder, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/4th tsp garam masala and saute well.

  • Add soaked soya chunks, 1/3 cup curd, 2 tbsp besan and water & let it simmer.

  • Add 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves.

  • Serve hot.
