50.0 Ml(50.0 ml) Water
  • Prepreparation,

  • Wash and cook 3 tbsp basmati rice and keep aside.

  • Boil 2 tbsp peeled and chopped carrots and keep aside.

  • Cook 1/2 cup soya chunks and keep aside.

  • For fried rice,

  • In a thick bottom pot, heat 2 tsp oil.

  • Add 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp chopped ginger, 2 tbsp cooked chopped carrot, 1 tbsp chopped french beans, 1 tbsp chopped green capsicum, 1 tsp chopped green chillies and mix well.

  • Then add 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp soya sauce, 1/2 tsp vinegar and stir well.

  • Add the cooked rice to the veggies and mix all the ingredients well.

  • Once mixed, add 3 tbsp chopped spring onion, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder and mix again.

  • Finaaly add the cooked soya chunks and mix.

  • Serve hot.
