- Step 1 Soak 1 tbsp rice,1 tbsp soya bean & 1 tsp urad dal. Blend & ferment overnight.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding mint leaves.
- Step 3 Pour 1 ladle batter on a heated tawa, Spread it in a round shape.
- Step 4 Then add 1 tsp oil on top & sides of it, flip & roast evenly.
- Step 5 Serve hot.
