Soya cutlet is a tasty protein rich snack. This is probably one of best veg cutlet recipe that tastes utterly delicious and full of healthy nutrients like proteins, carbs, vitamins and minerals ....all these makes it a powerful snack not only for the kids but people of all age groups.... !
Boil 3 small potatoes, 1 tbsp peas. Keep them aside.
In a mixing bowl, add boiled potatoes, 1/2 cup soya granules, 1 tbsp grated carrot, 1 tbsp peas, 1 tbsp bread crumbs, 1/4th tsp chilly powder, 1/4th garam masala, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp chaat masala, 1/4th tsp dhania powder, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp jeera, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tsp coriander leaves
Mash and mix it well
Shape the mixture into cutlets
In a frying pan, shallow fry with 2 tsp oil
Serve with tomato ketchup and mint chutney
