1 Tsp(5.0 gm) Ginger Garlic Paste

1/2 Tsp(0.76 gm) Chilly Powder

1/4 Tsp(0.6 gm) Haldi

1/4 Tsp(0.48 gm) Chaat Masala

1/4 Tsp(0.37 gm) Garam Masala

1/4 Tsp(0.41 gm) Dhania Powder

  • Boil 3 small potatoes, 1 tbsp peas. Keep them aside.

  • In a mixing bowl, add boiled potatoes, 1/2 cup soya granules, 1 tbsp grated carrot, 1 tbsp peas, 1 tbsp bread crumbs, 1/4th tsp chilly powder, 1/4th garam masala, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp chaat masala, 1/4th tsp dhania powder, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp jeera, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 2 tsp coriander leaves

  • Mash and mix it well

  • Shape the mixture into cutlets

  • In a frying pan, shallow fry with 2 tsp oil

  • Serve with tomato ketchup and mint chutney
