PrePreparation
Soak 1/2 cup Soya granules in water till soft and drain the excess water.

Preparation
In a mixing bowl, add 3 boiled potatoes, 1/2 cup soya granules, 1 tbsp grated carrot, 1 tbsp boiled peas, 1 tbsp bread crumbs, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp chaat masala, 1/4 garam masala, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp salt

Mash all ingredients and mix everything well
- Step 4
Divide the mixture into equal parts and shape these into round cutlets
- Step 5
In a pan, shallow fry the cutlets with 2.5 tsp oil until crispy and golden brown.
- Step 6
Serve with mint chutney.
