- Step 1 Heat a pan with 2.5 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp cumin seeds, 3 black peppercorns, cinnamon stick and 1 bay leaf.
- Step 2 Add 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/2 tbsp chopped carrot, 1 tbsp boiled peas and saute all vegetables
- Step 3 Add 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp salt for taste and mix well
- Step 4 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi
- Step 5 Add soaked soya chunks, cooked rice and cook everything together until all flavors combine well
- Step 6 Serve hot.
