Ingredients

- Step 1
Presoak Soya chunks in hot water.
- Step 2
In a kadhai, heat 2 tsp oil.
- Step 3
To that add 1/4th tsp rai, 1/4th sp jeera, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tsp chopped green chilli and 1 tsp ginger garlic paste. Mix well till onion are translucent.
- Step 4
To this mixture, add 3 tbsp chopped tomato and saute well.
- Step 5
Now add 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp red chilli powder, 1/4th tsp garam masala, 1/4th tsp dhania powder and water as required. Mix well.
- Step 6
Add the soaked 1 cup soya chunks, 1/4th tsp salt and 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 7
Mix well and serve hot.
