Soya Chilli Recipe

a popular and a nutrient protein-packed Indo Chinese starter recipe made with soya chunks. it is simple and easy to prepare and it can be made within minutes as compared to other indo Chinese street food recipes. generally, the dry variants of soya chili are popular, but can also be made with gravy too.

1 Tbsp(6.0 gm) Corn Flour

1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Ginger(Chopped)

1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Garlic(Chopped)

1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Vinegar

1 Tsp(5.0 gm) Soya Sauce

1 Tsp(6.0 ml) Red Chilli Sauce

1 Tsp(5.0 gm) Tomato Ketchup

1/8 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt

As Required(50.0 ml) Water
  • In a pan, add 2 tsp oil, 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1/2 tsp chopped ginger, saute till it is aromatic.

  • Add 2 tbsp soaked soya chunks, 1 tbsp diced green capsicum and sautee well

  • Add 1 tsp soya sauce, 1 tsp vinegar, 1 tsp chilly sauce, 1 tsp tomato ketchup, 50 ml water, 1 tbsp cornflour paste, 1 tbsp chopped spring onion and mix well.
