- Step 1 Heat a pan with 1 tsp oil, add 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1/4 cup grated carrot, 1/8 tsp salt, and saute until soft.
- Step 2 Transfer the mixture to a bowl add 1/8 cup of grated cheese, mix it well and keep aside.
- Step 3 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding chopped mint leaves..
- Step 4 Next, knead a soft dough with 2 tbsp whole wheat flour, 2 tbsp soya flour, 1/8 tsp salt and water.
- Step 5 Cover and rest the dough for 5 minutes.
- Step 6 Divide the dough into equal portion, roll out the dough into round shape.
- Step 7 Place the carrot cheese mixture on one side and cover it with the other half.
- Step 8 Gently press the edges.
- Step 9 Heat a pan, place the quesadilla and roast using oil on both sides until golden brown.
- Step 10 Cut into half and serve warm.
