An easy to make soya granules recipe added with basic spices and is very rich in protein. Goes perfectly with chapatis.
Heat kadhai on low flame , add 2 tsp oil, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1 tbsp chopped red capsicum, 1 tbsp Peas, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4th tsp red chilly powder, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp salt, saute well.
Now add 1 tsp lemon juice, soaked soya granules & mix well.
Then add 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves, mix it well.
Add black sesame seeds (Nutritional Twist).
Serve with chapati.
