Soya Granules Dry Vegetable Recipe

An easy to make soya granules recipe added with basic spices and is very rich in protein. Goes perfectly with chapatis.

4 Tsp(13.0 gm) Tomato (Chopped)

2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Coriander Leaves (Chopped)

1 Tsp(5.0 gm) Ginger Garlic Paste

1 Tsp(4.0 ml) Lemon Juice

1/4 Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly (Powder)

1/4 Tsp(0.6 gm) Haldi

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt

2 Tsp(7.0 ml) Oil
  • Heat kadhai on low flame , add 2 tsp oil, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1 tbsp chopped red capsicum, 1 tbsp Peas, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4th tsp red chilly powder, 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp salt, saute well.

  • Now add 1 tsp lemon juice, soaked soya granules & mix well.

  • Then add 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves, mix it well.

  • Add black sesame seeds (Nutritional Twist).

  • Serve with chapati.
