- Step 1 In a pan heat 3/4 cup soy milk, and add 2 tbsp cooked dalia and mix well.
- Step 2 Then add 1 tbsp jaggery powder, 4 no. of raisins, 1/8 tsp green elaichi powder, and mix well.
- Step 3 Allow the mixture to thicken, and turn off the heat.
- Step 4 Garnish with 1/2 tsp chopped pista and 1/2 tsp chopped almond.
- Step 5 Give a nestle twist by adding pumpkin seeds.
- Step 6 Delicious Dalia Kheer is ready to serve hot.
