- Step 1 Heat a kadhai with 1 tsp ghee, add 1/4 cup jaggery powder and pour a little water
- Step 2 Stir until jaggery dissolves and forms a smooth syrup
- Step 3 Add 25g jowar puffed and mix well.
- Step 4 Give it a Nestle Twist by chopped walnuts
- Step 5 Let it cool slightly
- Step 6 Take small portion and roll into balls.
- Step 7 Store in an air tight container
- Step 8 Enjoy.
