- Step 1 Dry roast 3 tbsp suji until light brown and keep aside.
- Step 2 Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp urad dal, 1/2 tsp grated ginger,1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 3 kadi patta,1/2 tsp chana dal, 3 tbsp chopped onion and saute until it turns translucent.
- Step 3 Season with salt as per taste.
- Step 4 Add roasted suji and water as required.
- Step 5 Cover and cook until water is absorbed.
- Step 6 Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 7 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding grated carrots.
- Step 8 Serve warm
