Sooji (Rava) Khichdi with Spinach Recipe

As Required(150.0 ml) Water
  • First, dry roast 1/4th cup of suji.

  • Then, heat a pan with 1 tsp oil.

  • Add 1/4th tsp mustard seeds and let it crackle.

  • Then add 1/8th tsp hing, 45 curry leaves and 2 tbsp chopped onion.

  • Saute all the ingredients well.

  • Add 2 tbsp of chopped tomato,1/4th tsp haldi,1/4th tsp red chilli and mix well.

  • When the oil starts to separate from the mix, add palak puree and the roasted suji.

  • Season with1/4th tsp salt and mix well.

  • Add a sufficient quantity of water.

  • Cover with a lid & let it cook.
