Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pan, add 3 tbsp suji and roast until light brown and set aside
- Step 2
Add 1 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp mustard seeds and let it crackle.
- Step 3
Add 1/8 tsp hing, curry leaves, 1.5 tbsp chopped onion and saute until soft
- Step 4
Add 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp red chilli and mix well.
- Step 5
Cook over low flame for a minute
- Step 6
Add palak puree, roasted suji, 1/4 tsp salt and mix well
- Step 7
Pour in some water and stir everything together
- Step 8
Cover the pan and cook until everything combines well
- Step 9
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 10
Serve hot
