Suji kheer is a very common Indian dessert. Semolina is good source of energy and it combines with milk making it high in calcium and protein also and maintaining healthy muscles, improves heart health.
In a pan, add 2 tsp ghee and 2 tbsp suji. Roast it till golden colour.
Add milk as required, 2 tsp chopped almond and add 2 tsp raisin
Add 1 tbsp sugar and mix well.
Cook well and serve.
