Sooji/Rava Kheer Recipe

Suji kheer is a very common Indian dessert. Semolina is good source of energy and it combines with milk making it high in calcium and protein also and maintaining healthy muscles, improves heart health.

2 Tbsp(20.0 gm) Suji

150 Ml(150.0 ml) Milk
ingredients
2 Tsp(7.0 gm) Raisin
ingredients
2 Tsp(5.0 gm) Badam (Chopped)
ingredients
1 Tbsp(13.0 gm) Sugar
ingredients
2 Tsp(8.0 gm) Ghee
  • In a pan, add 2 tsp ghee and 2 tbsp suji. Roast it till golden colour.

  • Add milk as required, 2 tsp chopped almond and add 2 tsp raisin

  • Add 1 tbsp sugar and mix well.

  • Cook well and serve.
