Heat 1/2 tsp butter in a pan.
Add 3 no. chicken salami slices and sear till golden.
On the salami slices place a bowl of lit charcoal. Put 1/4 tbsp butter on the lit charcoal.
Cover & let it rest for 5 min.
Take a slice of bread and apply 1 tbsp mayonnaise.
On the bread slice place 3 smoked chicken salamis, 1 slice of cheese, 1 onion slice and 1 tomato slice.
Then sprinkle 1/8 tsp oregano and 1/8 tsp red chilli flakes.
Cover with another slice of bread and serve fresh.
