68.0 Gm(68.0 gm) White Bread
1.0 Tbsp(20.0 gm) Mayonnaise
1.0 Slice(6.0 gm) Tomato
1.0 Slice(21.0 gm) Cheese Slice
1.0 Slice(9.0 gm) Onion
1/8 Tsp(0.13 gm) Oregano
1/8 Tsp(0.18 gm) Red Chilli Flakes
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
1.0 Tbsp(12.0 gm) Butter
  • Heat 1/2 tsp butter in a pan.

  • Add 3 no. chicken salami slices and sear till golden.

  • On the salami slices place a bowl of lit charcoal. Put 1/4 tbsp butter on the lit charcoal.

  • Cover & let it rest for 5 min.

  • Take a slice of bread and apply 1 tbsp mayonnaise.

  • On the bread slice place 3 smoked chicken salamis, 1 slice of cheese, 1 onion slice and 1 tomato slice.

  • Then sprinkle 1/8 tsp oregano and 1/8 tsp red chilli flakes.

  • Cover with another slice of bread and serve fresh.
