- Step 1 In a kadhai, add 2 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp hing, 1/4 tsp rai, 1/8 tsp methi seeds, 1/4 tsp jeera, 4 kadi patta, 2 tsp besan and roast well.
- Step 2 Then add water, tomato puree made by blenderizing 2 tbsp chopped tomatoes, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 6 chopped drumstick and mix well.
- Step 3 Add 1 tbsp chopped french beans, 1/8 cup chopped potato, water, 1/4 tsp grated ginger, cover and cook.
- Step 4 Add 2 tsp tamarind pulp and mix well.
- Step 5 Garnish with 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 6 Give a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 7 Serve hot.
