- Step 1 In a pan add 1 tsp oil, 1 tsp rai, 1 no. bay leaf, 1 no. red chilli and saute it.
- Step 2 Now Add 1 tbsp grated papaya,1/8 cup each of chopped sweet potato, potato and brinjal, 3 no. drumstick, 1/8 cup each of diced karela and chopped torai followed by 1/2 tsp haldi.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding spinach.
- Step 4 Mix well.
- Step 5 Also add 1 tbsp mustard powder, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste
- Step 6 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 2 tbsp khas khas paste,1/4th tsp salt,
- Step 7 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk and 1/4th tsp sugar.
- Step 8 Mix well.
- Step 9 Cover with a lid & cook.
- Step 10 Serve hot
