2 Tbsp(8.0 gm) Cream
37 Gm(40.0 gm) Shrimp
1 Tbsp(7.0 gm) Cream Cheese
1/8 Boiled Cup(21.0 gm) Sweet Corn
50 Ml(50.0 ml) Water
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/4 Tsp(0.45 gm) Cayenne Pepper
1 Tbsp(7.0 gm) Maida
1 Chopped Tbsp(6.0 gm) Spring Onion
2 Chopped Tbsp(16.0 gm) Onion
1 Tbsp(12.0 gm) Butter
  • In a pan heat 1 tbsp butter, add 2 tbsp chopped onion,1 tbsp chopped spring onion, and saute it well.

  • Add 1 tbsp maida,1/4 tsp cayenne pepper,1/4 tsp salt, and mix well

  • Add 1/8 cup boiled sweet corn, water as required,40 gm shrimp,1/2 tbsp cream cheese,2 tsp cream, mix and cook it well.

  • Serve hot.
