Shrikhand Tart is a Tasty, Creamy tart and is a easy to make at home.
For Short Crust Pastry
In a bowl add 1/2 cup whole wheat flour, 2 tbsp butter, and rubbed till crumbly texture forms.
Add 4 tbsp powder sugar, 1/4 tsp salt, 3 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk, water as required and knead into a dough.
Roll out dough in round shape then place in the mold and trim sides of dough.
Bake at 180 degrees celsius for 20 minutes.
In a mixing bowl add hung Nestlé A+ Curd,1/4 tsp kesar, 1/4 cup powder sugar and whisk it well.
Transfer on the baked pastry tin and refrigerate it.
