For Filling
- Step 1 In a bowl, add hung Nestlé A+ Curd
- Step 2 Mix it well
- Step 3 Then add 1/8 cup powdered sugar and 1/4 tsp saffron
- Step 4 Add 1/4 tsp chironji, 1/8 tsp green elaichi powder, 2 tsp chopped pista
- Step 5 Mix it well and keep aside

For Dough
- Step 1 In a pan, boil water as required and add 1/8 tsp salt and 1/4 cup rice flour; mix well.
- Step 2 Turn off the heat and knead a soft dough.
- Step 3 Allow it to cool, take a small portion, round it into a ball, and add the shrikhand stuffing.
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding almonds.
- Step 5 Fold and seal the edges.
- Step 6 Prepare the rest and transfer the modak to the steamer.
- Step 7 Allow it to steam for 15 minutes.
- Step 8 Delicious modak is ready to serve.
