Soak 1/4th tsp kesar in water
Hung curd using a muslin cloth.
In a bowl, add 2 cup hung curd
Mix it well
Then add 1/3rd cup powdered sugar and kesar
Add 1/4th tsp chironji, 1/8th tsp green elaichi powder, 2 tsp chopped pista
Mix it well and serve it cold.
