Shrikhand Recipe

It is made from hung and sugar. Chopped nuts are also added to enhance the nutritional benefits..This recipe is especially rich in calcium , phosphorus, proteins & probiotics.

1/3 Cup(48.0 gm) Sugar (Powder)

1/4 Tsp(0.17 gm) Kesar

2 Tsp(6.0 gm) Pista (Chopped)
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(0.91 gm) Chironji
ingredients
1 Tsp(2.0 gm) Green Elaichi (Powder)
  • Pre preparation

    Soak 1/4th tsp kesar in water

  • Hung curd using a muslin cloth.

  • In a bowl, add 2 cup hung curd

  • Mix it well

  • Then add 1/3rd cup powdered sugar and kesar

  • Add 1/4th tsp chironji, 1/8th tsp green elaichi powder, 2 tsp chopped pista

  • Mix it well and serve it cold.
