Shredded chicken tikka salad is a healthy protein rich yet delicious salad option.

Take a thick bottom pan and heat 1 tsp oil.
To that add 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp dry mango powder, 1/4 tsp salt and 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd. Saute the mixture well.
Then add 1/4 cup shredded chicken, 1/2 tsp lemon juice and mix well.
Crush 1 tsp kasuri methi to the chicken mixture.
Burn a piece of coal, put it in the pan and add 1 tsp oil.
Cover the pan and allow the smoke to settle.
In a mixing bowl, add 2 tbsp chopped cabbage, 2 tbsp chopped tomatoes, 2 tbsp chopped green capsicum, 1/4 tsp salt and prepared chicken tikka.
Mix well and serve.
