1.0 Tbsp(14.0 gm) Nestlé A+ Curd
1.0 Tsp(0.34 gm) Kasuri Methi
1/2 Tsp(3.0 gm) Ginger Garlic Paste
1/2 Powder Tsp(1.0 gm) Red Chilly
1/2 Tsp(2.0 ml) Lemon Juice
1/4 Tsp(0.59 gm) Jeera
1/4 Tsp(0.37 gm) Garam Masala
1/4 Tsp(0.6 gm) Haldi
1/4 Tsp(0.41 gm) Dhania Powder
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper
1/4 Tsp(0.53 gm) Dry Mango Powder
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1.0 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
50.0 Ml(50.0 ml) Water
2.0 Chopped Tbsp(12.0 gm) Cabbage
2.0 Chopped Tbsp(25.0 gm) Tomato
2.0 Chopped Tbsp(20.0 gm) Capsicum
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
  • Take a thick bottom pan and heat 1 tsp oil.

  • To that add 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp dry mango powder, 1/4 tsp salt and 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd. Saute the mixture well.

  • Then add 1/4 cup shredded chicken, 1/2 tsp lemon juice and mix well.

  • Crush 1 tsp kasuri methi to the chicken mixture.

  • For smoke

  • Burn a piece of coal, put it in the pan and add 1 tsp oil.

  • Cover the pan and allow the smoke to settle.

  • Keep aside.

  • For Salad

  • In a mixing bowl, add 2 tbsp chopped cabbage, 2 tbsp chopped tomatoes, 2 tbsp chopped green capsicum, 1/4 tsp salt and prepared chicken tikka.

  • Mix well and serve.
