Shredded chicken tikka is a healthy protein rich yet delicious recipe. Shredded chicken makes it less time consuming.
Boil and shred 1/4 cup chicken and keep aside.
Take a thick bottom pan and heat 1 tsp oil.
To that add 1/4th tsp jeera, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp dhania powder, 1/8th tsp garam masala, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder, 1/4th tsp dry mango powder, 1/4th tsp salt and 1 tbsp curd. Saute the mixture well.
Then add 1/4th cup shredded chicken, 1/2 tsp lemon juice and mix well.
Crush 1 tsp kasturi methi to the chicken.
Burn a piece of coal, put it in the pan and add 1 tsp oil.
Cover the pan and allow the smoke to settle.
