Capsicum Gram Flour Dry Vegetable Recipe

A sabji made with the most commonly available and eaten vegetable, green capsicum filled with nutrients and makes a yummy side served with rotis.

Nutritional info

  • Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan.

  • Add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4th tsp hing, saute well.

  • Now add 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute.

  • Add 1/4th cup besan and roast well.

  • Add 1/4th tsp salt and keep aside.

  • In another pan, heat 1/2 tsp oil.

  • Add 1/4th tsp jeera, 1/4th tsp chopped green chilli, 2 tbsp chopped capsicum and saute.

  • Add 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp red chilli powder, 1/4th cup roasted besan and mix.

  • Add 20 ml water, 1/2 tsp oil, 1/4th tsp salt and give a good mix.

  • Serve hot with chapati.
