- Step 1 Heat a pan with 1 tsp oil, add 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1/2 tsp chopped green chillies, 3 tbsp chopped onion and saute until light brown
- Step 2 Add 2 tsp moong dal and cook for a minute
- Step 3 Add 1 cup chopped dill leaves and cook until it wilts.
- Step 4 Season with 1/4 tsp salt for taste and mix everything
- Step 5 Pour in little water and let it cook.
- Step 6 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding methi seeds
- Step 7 Serve hot with roti.
