1/4 Minced Cup(68.0 gm) Chicken, Breast

2 Tsp(6.0 gm) White Til

1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Salt

100 Ml(100.0 ml) Water

1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Brown Sugar

1 Tsp(5.0 gm) Soya Sauce

1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Rice Vinegar

1 Powder Tsp(2.0 gm) Red Chilly

2 Chopped Tbsp(11.0 gm) Spring Onion

1/2 Grated Tsp(2.0 gm) Garlic

1/2 Grated Tsp(0.94 gm) Ginger

2 Tsp(10.0 gm) Oil
In a pan, add 2 tsp sesame oil, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/2 tsp grated garlic ,1/4th cup minced chicken and saute well.
Now, add 1 tsp red chilly powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 tbsp chopped spring onion and 2 tsp white til.
Add 1 tsp rice vinegar, 1 tsp soya sauce, 1/2 tsp brown sugar, water and cover and cook.
Serve hot.
