- Step 1 Take 3.5 tbsp boiled mashed sweet potato, boil, mash and keep aside.
- Step 2 Take a bowl add previously boiled chickpeas, boiled and mashed sweet potato, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/8 tsp green chilli paste, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/8 tsp salt, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and mix properly.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 4 Further, pour in a little water and 1 tsp oil.
- Step 5 Making sure all the ingredients are evenly distributed, make cutlets of the desired shape and keep aside.
- Step 6 Heat 1.5 tsp oil at a low flame in a pan.
- Step 7 Shallow fry the cutlets on both sides till crispy and golden brown.
- Step 8 Serve hot.
