Shahi Paneer Recipe

A royal, rich, creamy protein-rich Shahi Paneer gravy flavored with aromatic Indian spices is paired well with rotis or parathas to make a complete meal.

1/4 Tsp(0.59 gm) Jeera
1/4 Tsp(0.37 gm) Garam Masala
1/4 Tsp(0.41 gm) Dhania Powder
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly

2.0 Tsp(5.0 ml) Oil
50.0 Ml(50.0 ml) Water
  • Add 1.5 tsp oil to a kadhai.

  • Temper with 1/4th tsp of jeera.

  • Then, add 3 tbsp of chopped onion and saute well.

  • Add 1/4th tsp each of red chilli powder, haldi, garam masala and dhania powder and 1 tsp ginger garlic paste.

  • Next, add 1.5 tsp of almond powder, 1/4th tsp salt,1/8th cup of Nestlé A+ Curd and saute well.

  • Add 1/8th cup of paneer cubes and sufficient water and let it cook.

  • Add 3tsp fresh cream.

  • Mix well and garnish with 1 tsp of chopped coriander leaves.
